FACILITY RESERVATION CALENDAR INSTRUCTIONS
ALL FIELDS ARE OFF LIMITS FOR RESERVATIONS UNTIL CLEARED BY CURT AND GARY - ANY UNAUTHORIZED RESERVATIONS WILL BE DELETED
IMPORTANT
Please read instructions for Reservation Calendars before trying to use them. Links to reservation calendars are located at the bottom of this page.
NOTICE: DO NOT POST RESERVATIONS
FOR AFTER APRIL 7th UNTIL THE GAME DATES CAN BE BE BLOCKED OUT. YOUR
RESERVATION WILL BE DELETED IF IT CONFLICTS WITH LEAGUE GAMES OR
EVENTS - YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
Instructions for Coaches and Staff
While the reservation calendar is now available, you must login it use it. If you are a current coach, please email the
Administrator and cc your Division Director with your request for reservation privileges. We will need the following:
- IMPORTANT ! which calendar do you need to use - connie mack 90' fields OR the Plumstead Baseball 60' fields
- your real first and last name
- your division and team name/number
- and a password of your choosing
You can, if you want use the same login name and password you use for the Batter's Box, but that information is encrypted and we have no way of knowing what it is unless you email the administrator. Once we receive your e-mail, the administrator will add you to the user list any send you a confirming email. Anyone can view the calendar.
Fields will be blacked-out or reservations
deleted if they conflict with league games or tournaments.
How to Use
- go to the correct Reservation Calendar Page
- browse to the date you want to reserve
- click on the facility you want to reserve
- fill in the pop-up form
IMPORTANT ==> refresh your browser page to view the reservation you just made
Changing and Viewing Reservations
- only the reserver (and the administrator) can change or delete a reservation do this by clicking on your reservation and make changes as directed in the pop-up form
- to view who has made a reservation, click on the reservation to view details in a pop-up window
