Pine Hicken Baseball League (a.k.a. Pinehickon Baseball) was incorporated with the Pennsylvania Department of State on March 1, 1970. On March 13, 2002 the Corporation filed Articles of Amendment with the Pennsylvania Department of State. The amendment changed the name, purpose, and address of the Corporation.
The Corporation's name was changed to Plumstead Baseball Association. The purpose of the Corporation was changed to operate exclusively for charitable, education, and scientific purposes in accordance with the eligibility requirements set forth under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
The registered address of Corporation was changed and will likely continue to change from time to time as the Board of Directors may determine. Requests for information from the Corporation may be made in writing to the Corporation's Post Office Box at Post Office Box 473, Plumsteadville, PA 18949, via telephone at (215) 766-9259, or via the Internet at www.plumsteadbaseball.org.
The Board of Directors of the Corporation are:

Monica Norman, Secretary (Present term expires 03/05/03)

Gary Gambardella, Director (Present term expires 03/05/04)
Kathleen Mangione, Director (Present term expires 03/05/03).
The Board is searching to nominate another member and the board would be expanded to eight members at that time.
The Corporation has filed with the Internal Revenue Service an Application for Recognition of Exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. If and when this application is approved the Corporation will achieve charitable status under the Code and all qualified donations to the Corporation after March 13, 2002 will be deductible to the donor, subject to the normal conditions and restrictions in the Code. The Corporation's outside counsel does not foresee the IRS denying this application, but IRS approval cannot be guaranteed.
The Corporation's Form 1023 Application and federal tax returns for the preceding three years are available for public inspection, upon request.
At their March 5, 2002 meeting the Board of Directors created a Baseball Advisory Board. On that date, and subsequent to that date, the following persons were named to this "Baseball Board":
