Plumstead Baseball Association is happy to announce we once again will offer online registration for the 2007 season. Online registration will eliminate the lines, waiting and icy drives generally associated with our walk-in registration nights. This service however is not free to Plumstead Baseball. The provider charges a processing fee to cover the credit card transactions (see rates below). This convience fee will be charged automatically at check out to our members who choose to use this service. Plumstead Baseball receives no portion of these fees.

2007 Fee Schedule

• T-Ball (Baseball & Softball) $75 ($100 - $25 discount)
• Rookie, Minor, & Majors (Baseball & Softball) $100
• Minor Prep (Baseball only) $100
• 90’ Intra-Mural (Spring) Baseball $125 ($100 + $25 surcharge)
• Suburban Travel Baseball (Ages 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13/14) $75
• Connie Mack Travel Baseball (Ages 13-16) $140
• Senior Connie Mack Travel Baseball (Ages 17-29) $175

Late Fees (received after January 28) add $ 15 per child

Multi-Child Discounts
Plumstead Baseball is thrilled to be able to continue our tradition of offering discounts to our families with multiple children playing with Plumstead Baseball. For the second child, you will receive a $25 discount applied to the fees for that second child. For the third, you will receive a $50 discount applied to the fees for that third child.  Since all children after the third child are free, you will receive a $100 discount applied to each of those registrations.

In order to keep our registration fees as low as possible for our Cal Ripken, Softball and Babe Ruth programs, the Connie Mack and Senior Connie Mack Baseball Divisions are not included in the multi-child discount program. Players will not receive discounts nor will registration for Connie Mack count towards any multi-child discount.

IMPORTANT: When using online registration, please be sure to click on "Register Another Child " at the bottom of the registration form to add two or more children. Do not complete your order until all your players appear in your "shopping cart". This is the only way we will be able to provide you with the family discounts.

Financial Aid
Financial Aid is available from the Plumstead Baseball financial aid committee. This committee coordinates with the school counselors at Gayman Elementary, Groveland Elementary, and Tohickon Middle School to award partial or full grants to those in financial need, as funds allow. Players who do not attend those 3 schools are also eligible and applications would be made directly to the Financial Aid Committee. For further information please contact Craig Davis.

Online Registration Dates

• January 7, 2007 to January 28, 2007 for standard registration
• January 29, 2007 to February 28, 2007 for late registrations (if space is available)
• Connie Mack's late registration fees ($15) begin on March 1

A $15 late fee will be automatically added to registrations that are submitted after January 28, 2007 (except Connie Mack). Late registration openings are subject to Division roster limits. We cannot guarantee a spot will be available after the close of standard registration.

Registration is NOT complete until you drop off or mail a copy of your child's Birth certificate to:

Birth Certificate copies can also be dropped off during one of our "Walk-in Registration Days". No waiting will be necessary for birth certificate drop offs. Please let someone know you have registered by mail or online and are dropping off your birth certificate. We will have a copy machine available to make a copy for you.

A major credit card is required for online payment.

* You will see at check-out that our payment center, Active.com, has a no-refund policy. Payments made to Plumstead Baseball for 2007 Registrations will be subject to the Plumstead Baseball Association Refund Policy. Only Suburban Travel Fee is refundable if you or your child opts out, or does not make the team before the 2007 Suburban Travel Season begins.

Returning families should receive pre-printed forms by mail in early January.

New members, to help speed up registrations download and print the Registration and Accounting forms below. Fill in the forms by hand, calculate your cost, then and bring the completed forms to any of our Walk-in Registration events.
